For Vendors
How reviews work on this site, what vendors can and can't do, and how to get in touch if something needs correcting.
What's welcome
Factual corrections to outdated pricing, features, or plan names. Trial access for more in-depth review. Affiliate program applications.
What's considered
Suggesting a tool for review that isn't currently covered. Responding to specific factual errors with documentation.
What won't happen
Paid placement. Sponsored reviews. Changing a verdict for payment or partnership. Removing a legitimate negative finding.
What won't work
Pre-publication review of content. Approval rights over what gets written. Pressure to change editorial conclusions.
How reviews work
Reviews on this site are written from the perspective of a service business owner evaluating tools — not a vendor's marketing materials. Every review covers what the tool does well, who it fits, who it doesn't fit, realistic pricing, and setup reality.
Vendors are not consulted on editorial content before publication. If a review contains a factual error — wrong pricing, a feature that has been added or removed, a changed policy — that's worth correcting. Opinion and verdict aren't factual errors.
Submitting a correction
If something in a review is factually incorrect, email info@ihelpwithai.com with the subject line "Correction request — [Tool Name]". Include the specific claim, what it should say, and a source (your own pricing page, help documentation, or official announcement).
Corrections that are substantiated get made promptly — usually within a few business days. The review will note the correction date.
Trial and demo access
If you'd like to provide trial access or a demo account to support a more detailed review of your product, that's welcome. Vendor-provided access doesn't guarantee a positive review — it guarantees a more thorough one. If a trial is provided, it will be noted in the review.
Affiliate programs
This site uses affiliate and referral links. If your product doesn't currently have an affiliate or referral program and you'd like to discuss a referral arrangement, reach out. Affiliate relationships don't change editorial verdicts or placement — they're disclosed on every page where they're used. See the full affiliate disclosure.
Getting a product reviewed
New tools are added to the review queue when they meet the criteria outlined in the methodology page: available long enough to evaluate honestly, solving a real problem for service businesses in the two covered verticals, and meaningfully different from tools already reviewed.
If you think your product belongs on this site and isn't currently covered, email a brief description of what it does and what vertical and problem it serves. No pitch decks or lengthy proposals — a short paragraph is enough to evaluate fit.
